Your Role:

As a Logistics Manager at .wav, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, overseeing and optimizing workflows from supply chain management to final delivery. You will lead logistics operations, ensuring that every step is carried out efficiently, on time, and in compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise logistics teams (receiving, storage, order preparation, shipping).
Manage relationships with suppliers and external partners.
Optimize logistics costs and delivery timelines.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory.
Implement procedures to continuously improve logistics processes.
Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, production, sales).
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and manage logistics equipment.
Prepare logistics performance reports.

Required Profile:

Degree in logistics, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership skills and experience in optimizing logistics processes.
Proficiency in IT tools (ERP, Excel, inventory management software).
Autonomy, rigor, and strong organizational skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
